Kenya's matatu economy already moves people, goods, money, and opportunity every day. It has operators, SACCOs, conductors, drivers, dispatchers, stages, informal coordination, and hard-earned local knowledge.

MatatuOS is being built as logistics infrastructure and operations software for that world. The ambition is serious: make operating records easier to manage, trips easier to coordinate, compliance work less scattered, and commuter access more dependable without erasing the people and workflows that keep the system moving.
